    NOTIFICATION

    It is notified for information of all concerned that as per decision of the 191st meeting of the
    Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons Council held on 19-02-2022, two years
    training is required for appearing in MCPS examination with effect from 01 July, 2022.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    A.
    i) Candidates have to complete at least 5 years after MBBS/BDS.
    ii) Two years training in the respective subject in an Institute/Hospital recognized by BCPS.
    Or
    B. Candidates who passed MD/MS under BSMMU/Dhaka University/Chittagong University
    /Rajshahi University will be eligible for appearing in MCPS examinations in the relevant
    subjects.
    Or
    C. Candidates who passed Diploma undergone 2 years in-house training under BSMMU will
    be eligible for appearing in MCPS examinations in the relevant subjects.

    Other rules and regulations in this regard will remain unchanged.
