PROPOSAL PROGRAMS on INVOLVEMENT in POLITICAL

ACTIVITIES

1. YOUTH-LED POLICY FORUMS

 DESCRIPTION: This program could involve creating opportunities for young people to
research, discuss, and develop policy recommendations on issues that affect their
communities.
 TIMELINE: These policy forums could be held at schools, community centers, or online,
and could be facilitated by educators, community organizers, or elected officials.
 RELEVANCE: By giving young people a platform to voice out their ideas and concerns,
this program could encourage them to become more actively engaged in the political
process.

2. POLITICAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

 DESCRIPTION: This program could involve partnering with political organizations, or

government agencies to provide paid or unpaid internships to young people interested in
gaining practical experience in the political field.
 TIMELINE- could work on projects such as research, communications, or constituent
outreach, and could also participate in professional development opportunities such as
workshops and seminars.
 RELEVANCE- This program would not only give young people hands-on experience in
the political world, but it would also help to build their networks and connections within
the industry.

3. DAN’S SOCIALIZING PROGRAM

 DESCRIPTION: It is about the interaction of the citizens and youths to get to know each
other about the attitudes, wants, and likes even more of their ways of living, beliefs, and
traditions.
 TIMELINE-this program can be done by the youths and citizens in an event where
citizens will have to work and talk to each other to win in their community.
 RELEVANCE- This program will make the citizens and youths to be able to talk to each
other more comfortably even when they don’t know the person.
