CROCHET PATTERN “OWL” – size 16 cm (6 in), if using sport weight yarn (Sport (12 wpi), 2: Fine).
You can also use plush yarn NAKO Paris, if using worsted weight yarn (Worsted (9 wpi), 4: Medium).
SKILL LEVEL: Easy

Material:
 hook 2.0 or 2.5 mm  2 safety black eyes 8 mm
 soft stuffing  bright pink thread for the nose
 glue gun  needle for sewing
 scissors  pins for sewing parts at the right spot

371 – ALIZE Cotton Gold 100 /330

pink (0.5 bowl) 55% cotton / 45% acrylic

01 – YarnArt Jeans white (rest of yarn) 55% cotton / 45% acrylic

19 - ALIZE Baby Wool 50 /160 40% wool / 40% acrylic/20%

mint (rest of yarn) bamboo

Abbreviation:
sc - single crochet st(s) – stitch(es)
dc - double crochet sl st – slip stitch
ch – chain [] x …… - repeat the instructions in brackets for (x)
inc – increase the indicated number of times
dec – decrease

Recommendations for you:

 Of course you can choose other yarns – the choice of yarn is completely up to you and your personal taste.
 Work in continuous rounds. Do not join or turn unless otherwise instructed.
 It would be wise to use a stitch marker and place it in the first stitch of each round to mark the beginning
of it.
 You can easily sew the toy together by leaving a long tail of yarn on each piece.
 Before you sew a part, use some pins to perfectly place the part in the right place.

HEAD:

4. [2 sc, inc] x 8 (32) Leave a thread to sew the part.
5. [3 sc, inc] x 8 (40) Add a soft filler.

Press both sides of the head together so that they lie flat on top of each other and sew them (as shown in the photo’s).

EYES (make 2 of them):

4. [2 sc, inc] x 6 (24)

Crochet the second part. Leave a long thread to sew the part. Sew
2 parts together and sew to the head.

With bright pink yarn embroider the nose.

Bright pink yarn, crochet into a magic loop.

3 dc, 3 sc, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, 3 sc, 3 dc, ch 2, sl st.

Leave a thread to sew the part.

Sew the heart to the body.
