Comes now Petitioners, through the undersigned counsel,

respectfully avers:

1. That Petitioners are already going abroad and have confided that
they could no longer actively participate in the proceedings of this
case;

2. That rather than their case be dismissed or archived, the

petitioners decided to WITHDRAW this instant petition and have
it refiled when they come back.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

for the Honorable Court to, after Due notice and Hearing, to GRANT this
Motion for the withdrawal of the petition for adoption.

Other reliefs which are just and equitable under the premises are
likewise respectfully prayed for.
