AIM:
To prepare a preserved product
MATERIAL’S REQUIRED:
1. Mango
2. Mango Ginger
3. Oil
4. Chilli powder
5. Fenugreek
6. Salt
7. Mustard
PROCEDURE:
Wash the Mango and dry it with a clean cloth
Cut it into small cube sized pieces adding them into a separate glass bottle
Take a vessel, keeping it in a low flame
Pour oil, add all the ingredients when the oil gets hot, except the mango
Now pour the oil into the glass bottle where mango is stored
Close the glass bottle and use it after 48 hours
