AIM:
To prepare a preserved product

MATERIAL’S REQUIRED:
1. Mango
2. Mango Ginger
3. Oil
4. Chilli powder
5. Fenugreek
6. Salt
7. Mustard

PROCEDURE:
 Wash the Mango and dry it with a clean cloth
 Cut it into small cube sized pieces adding them into a separate glass bottle
 Take a vessel, keeping it in a low flame
 Pour oil, add all the ingredients when the oil gets hot, except the mango
 Now pour the oil into the glass bottle where mango is stored
 Close the glass bottle and use it after 48 hours
