Payments of all Purchases, Services and Contractors.
2 Reconciliation of Suppliers and internal Company Transactions.
3 Banks Accounts also maintained and relevant records on Accounting
Software.
4 Allowances and Advances to the Employees is an Additional Activity.
5 Also posting Daily purchasing Bills. Given By the Purchase Department.
6 Also Issued Postdated cheque /current cheque.And Record in the Software.
7 Preparing of cash statement on daily basis and same is reported to the CEO of
the company.
8 I performed & collect the required documents from contractors & employees
for fixed advances According to the company policy.
9 Also Prepare & Maintained Vendors, employees & contractors files on daily
base.
10 I performed the calculation of contractor’s job cards. And record in the
Software On weekly basis.
11 Eobi & pessi of the employees deposit on monthly base. And Record to the
Electronic Books Of Accounts.
12 Prepared the Reconciliation Statement of the vender’s ledgers on monthly
base.
13 Prepared the all type of reports.
14 All Tasks Completed on time.
15 Also Prepared The Bank Reconciliation Statement On Monthly Base.
16 Assists The Daily Purchasing Bills & Daily Transactions, Vouchers.
17 Prepare The Daily expenses Sheet on Excel.
