Like in English, the form of the personal pronoun changes according to its use in the sentence.

The subject pronouns are:

je (I)

tu (you)

il (he or it) elle (she or it)

nous (we)

Vous (you)

Ils (they masc.) elles (they fem.)

Note je become j' before a vowel.

The reflexive form is:

Me (myself)

Te (yourself)

Se (himself, herself or itself)

Nous (ourselves)
Vous (yourselves)

Se (themselves)

Note me, te and se become m', t' and s' before a vowel.
