    Dear Hasmy

    As discussed, see below the snag list for the spa. It demonstrates again a complete lack of protection and supervision,
    leasing to poor finished quality and damages.

    Rectification works must start tomorrow morning and be completed by Tuesday except the replacement of tiles. I will
    get new tiles from Ilot on Thu-Fri.

    Please pay special attention to joinery works, which quality is not acceptable (wardrobe shelf, misaligned sliding door
    sashes, joints in architraves). I trust you will protect the floor properly and deploy proper supervision for those
    rectification works.

    Reception and outside corridor:

    Pebble wash corners around spiral staircase dirty with pain marks
    Walls near both ends of balustrade need to be re-painted
    Paint touch ups required on wall at end of corridor (back)
    Pebble wash to be further inspected after removal of protection

    Left treatment room

    Swing door not closing well. Hinges to be adjusted


    Door stopper missing
    Dry wall shaking from top to bottom in right section
    Gaps between architrave and wall
    Sliding door wall: paint patches
    Nails visible in door frame
    Bathroom sliding door architrave done with 2 timber sections with apparent joint -> to be changed
    Wardrobe doors do not close well. Hinges to be adjusted and magnetic closer added.
    Wardrobe shelf for wash basin made of 2 planks. Poor cut-out. Gaps between shelf and walls -> to be replaced
    (and re-work cost by SDP to be borne by MEL).
    Clean paint marks and grout around switch plates

    Left bathroom

    Shelf under vanity too high. Must be 300mm AFL


    Wardrobe hanging rod missing
    Tiles edges on window sills chipped -> to be replaced
    Dirty tiles & grouts above WC push button and above shower niche
    All ceiling corners dirty and poorly finished
    Shower tray missing

    Center sliding doors:


    Screws visible in architrave
    Irregular gap between door sashes, caused by misalignment of sashes.
    Floor in pocket wall to be cleaned.

    Right treatment room

    Timber frame can be seen above bamboo. To be painted in black (without staining the bamboo).
    Black fabric sticking out through bamboos. To be adjusted.
    Door stopper missing
    Pain marks on sliding door frame
    Sliding door wall: paint patches
    Nails visible in door frame
    Architrave done with 2 timber sections with apparent joint -> to be changed
    Bathroom sliding doors not aligned. Difficult to lock.
    Wardrobe doors do not close well. Hinges to be adjusted and magnetic closer added.
    Wardrobe shelf for wash basin made of 2 planks. Poor cut-out. Gaps between shelf and walls -> to be replaced
