WEBINAR WORKSHOP ON TELECONSULTATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF

INTERACTIVE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR EDUKASYON SA
PAGPAPAKATAO (EsP) AND HOMEROOM GUIDANCE TEACHERS

1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Bulacan, through the Curriculum

Implementation Division, shall conduct a Webinar Workshop on the Development of Interactive
Instructional Materials for Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP) and Homeroom Guidance Teachers
on September 8 - 10, 2021, via MS Teams and fb livestream (link will be sent to district advisers
and coordinators in elementary and ESP HT, Guidance Coor., Counselors and Focal Persons in
Secondary).

2. This webinar workshop aims to improve the delivery of instructions. The creation of
effective and meaningful instructional materials is significant for the implementation of the
blended learning approaches. Instructional materials are essential tools needed for teaching and
learning to promote teacher’s efficiency and improve learner’s performance. Likewise, it is
expected that at the end of the activity, participants are able to:

1.1 acquire knowledge on basic interactive applications/websites that help EsP and
Homeroom Guidance teachers develop interactive materials for Elementary and
Secondary learners; and
1.2 develop samples of interactive materials for the elementary and secondary
learners.

3. The participants on this activity are the EsP and Homeroom Guidance District Advisers,
Coordinators and Teachers in Elementary and EsP and Guidance Coordinators, Counselors and
Focal persons and Homeroom Guidance Teachers in Secondary. They are required to register at
https://forms.gle/khJCFbAZEKNLovrz9 on or before September 7, 2021.

4. Participants are requested to use laptops/pc with the following specifications; Processor:
Intel i3 or better multicore processor, 2 GHz or above (Intel 6th Gen or newer CPU recommended
for HD and 4K Videos); RAM: 4 GB RAM ( 8GB required for HD and 4K videos) later; AMD
Radeon R5 or later.

5. Enclosures 1 and 2 contain the Webinar Workshop Matrix and the Technical Work
Group.

6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
