Critical analysis 2

According to the speaker, the type of pressure can be categories into two categories
which is the pressure related to the workplace and the pressure working with other people. As
mentioned by the speaker, the work-related pressure as a scrum master is basically handled
by a scrum team. In my point of view, this statement might not be applicable for a fresh
graduate who enters the working environment in the early stage. This is due to the reason that
most fresh graduate will be given several tasks to be completed and the senior employees will
be handling more complicated tasks. This causing most fresh graduates are forced to
complete the tasks allocated on their own and it might be stressful for them. In order to
manage this work-related pressure, I think that fresh graduate can try to avoid multitasking
while working with the tasks allocated. Although multitasking was previously hailed as a
great technique to make the most of one’s time and get more work done in a day, most of the
people are not suitable to apply this technique when it comes to working environment. This is
in the light of fact that multitasking might split the focus of a person while they are doing
certain tasks. This might cause them to complete the tasks allocated longer than the expected
time period. In conclusion, the speaker should also provide some tips on how she handles her
work pressure other than discussing the problem faced with her scrum team.
