Statement of Purpose

In today's dynamic and fast-growing community, we must help and support each other to grow better
and together. With updated new and upcoming governance, and technologies should not lose our
legacy and journey. In such busy and short span, I am challenged to manage family, friends, society
and work. I am working in a corporate where every day we have operational, transformational, and
strategic challenges. Parallel we have many different challenges around me and us.

With my current possess knowledge and skills, I am managing and contributing to my

organization\society for planning, development and different initiative execution. Now, I want to be
the part of bigger team where I can take part and involve in vision, principles, transformation and
opportunity creation. I am looking for a change where I can own and support to translate the
organization's vision and principles into upcoming world’s transformation and strategy. This change
will also help me grooming more in personal and professional life. I am looking for change to do bigger,
better and visionary.

The urge of studying MBA started while working as a Global Deployment and Demand Manager in the
UBS organisation. I have the behavioural and technical skills such as Leadership, Integrity and
Accountability, Operations Planning, Execution, automation and cloud transformation.

I am influenced with my senior’s, Manager’s, and different member’s advertising their business and
management skills. Events and directions made me to plan for MBA studies. Thought behind MBA
studies to build better understanding of culture, situation driven, strategic thoughts etc.

While doing my Engineering in the HITM, Agra, I have participated in the events, workshops, seminar,
volunteered for social work, organised events, and been a student representative in many cultural
activities. I haven’t compromised my interest in learning of different subject, the involvement of
understanding different engineering concept made me gain first class in Bachelor of Technology.

After taking my first job in the TCS organisation nearly 16 years ago, I have built a strong foundation
of my leadership and technical skills. In these years, I have been rewarded as Best Project Manager,
Beyond Performance Award and others.

I have earned different certification like PMP-PMI, PRINCE2, CSM, TOGAF and ITIL. I do hold the
knowledge of different analytic tools like Tableau, Alteryx and Power BI. I am SME of tools like
Performance testing, Application Performance Management, Enterprise System Managements tools,
MS Excel. I do provide co-corporate training on the above subjects to different organisations.
(Freelancing is also declare in my organization.)

Above qualification are suggesting a strategy for the project which leads in generating immense profit.
After the achievement of which my responsibilities in the organisation increases. I have made to
handle a team, plan for projects of budget from USD $100K to 1.5 USD $1.5M, resource allocation,
Vendor Management and others.

All the above described and stated situation made me think about gaining the business & management
skills and discuss about pursuing an MBA with my senior person of my organisation. By considering his
suggestion and checking with the specific preferences I have ended-up in finalising the IIM Bangalore.
By doing MBA from the IIMB, I believe that I will be able to sharpen my skills which helps me to secure
a higher position and enhance my professional opportunities in national & international business.
IIMB is a very convenient choice for me looking at my professional and family demands and
involvement.
