MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement executed this 12th day of February 2022 at Common, Maslog Danao City by Ralph Ice
Cabalda. who duly signed on this agreement has purchased the below item to Almary Rose Quibedo

The party herein hereby agree on the following:

1. The unit can only be received by the party once full down payment has been completed.
2. The party shall pay on or before the 15 th of every Month starting with the month after the
purchase of the item or unit.
3. If the party fails to pay the required amount within the due date, a penalty of 1000 pesos shall
be charged as late payment charges.
4. If the party fails to pay the amount due within 3 consecutive months, the item/unit shall be
returned to the Payees in good condition. Otherwise, the party shall be liable on fixing the unit
before returning it to the Payees.
5. If in case the item/unit got stolen or got broken, the party shall continue with the payment with
the agreed amount within the agreed duration.
6. Once the item/unit has been purchased, the party can no longer cancel or return them to the
payee unless it has a defect upon purchase.
