TARGET SKILLS
Based on the culminating performance standard (CPS) of your subject, identify the skills to be
championed by the course.

PERFORMANCE TASK
Review the designed Performance Task to make sure that it targets the skills to be championed
and captures competencies to be assessed.
Once done, input the PT and the standards and criteria for success.

FEEDBACK MECHANISM
State the process of giving feedback:
a. Feedback FOR Learning- Monitoring by the teacher through giving of reminders, pointing out the
competencies, etc. to the students.
b. Feedback AS Learning- The learners will identify the difficulties encountered. Also, the learners will
address individual concerns on a certain topic.
