    This experiment configured a DNS server using 4 PCs, 2 DNS servers, 2 switches, and 1 router to demonstrate the working procedure of a DNS server. The DNS servers were set up on separate networks with IP addresses 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.2.0, each connected to 1 DNS server and 2 PCs via switches. After configuring the PCs, router, and servers, a link was established where any PC could access a server by typing its IP address into a web browser.

    Experiment No : 8

    Experiment Name : Configuration of DNS server .

    Procedure :
    We can see the working procedure of a DNS server after this experiment. To complete this experiment 4
    PC , 2 DNS server , 2 switch & 1 router have been used. There are two different gateways of these
    server. The right side network connection IP address is 192.168.1.0 & The left side network connection
    IP address is 192.168.2.0 . 1 DNS and 2 PC make a LAN which is connected with a switch and so is the
    other connection LAN 2.

    After configuring PC , router and Server we made a link in service. This link can be shown through any PC
    by typing the IP address of a certain server on the URL/ Web browser.
