    Dear Sir:

    A pleasant good day!

    I have this letter to your good office , in connection of REYLEN’S FURNITURE’S issued checks
    in payment of the remaining balance in favor for DOST . I have my intent to inform and request
    your good office to please temporarily not to deposit for clearing the remaining checks that are
    issued beginning this month of July, because of financial distress. However as per record my
    checks until June had been deposited and cleared up, because of our present situation due to
    COVID 19 , our furniture business is temporarily not moving very well. However, I am looking
    forward to settle the remaining checks before this year ends with the hope that this coming
    remaining months, things will be coming right for the business to operate again as usual.

    Hope for your kind consideration, regarding my concern.
