The organizing committee reserves the right to limit the number of participants or to cancel the
"French Ecopen", if the health conditions linked to the "Covid 19" epidemic were not favorable or if
restrictive measures were taken by the French government.

1. ADMISSIONS CONDITIONS

Juniors categories : All junior athletes of 3rd keup can participate

All athletes and coaches participating to the French Ecopen must hold a valid 2022 WT Global licence and
WT Event pass to be able to participate in this tournament. Participants must be member of a National
Taekwondo Federation, affiliated to the W.T (There will be NO WT Global License registration onsite).
All the clubs commit themselves to obtain from their competitors juniors a parental authorization of
participation at the French Ecopen
The number of participants per category is limited - The National Team has priority for registration.

3. REGISTRATION FEES

• Contestants : 100,00 €
• Change of category before the first official weigh-in (room accreditation): 25€ - After the official
weigh-in any change is rejected.
• Extra coach fee 25€
• Spectators : admission free

5. ACCOMODATION

The Grand Dôme Villebon-sur-Yvette is located near Paris. To facilitate your stay, book your

6. PAYMENT

OC REQUESTED ALL PAYMENTS IS BY CARD ON WT SIMPLY COMPETE ONLY.

No refunding registration fees after the deadline
All fees must be paid in EURO’S and please ensure you pay any additional currency charges.
If the athlete registered on-line does not take part in the competition, but he/she has not been
removed from the list of participants before the deadline his/her team or official must fully (100%)
pay his/her Entry fee for participation.

7. VISA

The Organizing Committee will help the participating teams for entry visas if requested.
Please send the visa form to event@fftda.fr before the 9th November 2022

8. EQUIPMENT

The organizing committee will provide to the participating contestants «DAE DO GEN II» PSS body
and head electronics protectors. Groin/forearm/shin guards and gloves, mouth piece,
DaeDo sensing socks Gen II, are compulsory and must be brought by the contestant for their
personal use.
Participating are required to wear W.T. recognized. Competition uniforms (doboks) and WT
recognized protective equipment. Contestants uniforms and protectors, please check on WT
competition rules: Article 4-2 to 2.5

9. LIABILITY

By registering for the French Ecopen all contestants accept the rules and conditions of
participation set by the organizing committee.
All contestants will participate at their own risk. The Organizer could not be responsible for any
loss or damage to individuals or equipment under no circumstances.
All the clubs commit themselves to obtain from their competitors Juniors a parental
authorization of participation at the French Ecopen.

10. AWARDS
To all winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, rewards will be awarded.

11. DOPING CONTROL

The W.T. anti-doping rules, and where necessary the code of the World Anti-Doping Agency, shall
apply throughout the competition
