that is vital to their lives.
DeMolay builds character of the boys through
leadership, excellence and selfless service
necessary for their personal growth and for nation-
building.
DeMolay offers you the opportunity to shape the
future of your Chapter by helping in making
decisions, conduct business oriented meetings to
plan fun events and run programs on sports,
fundraisers, community service and a lot more
wholesome activity under adult supervision.

Founded in 1919 in Kansas City, USA
and reached the Philippines in 1946.

IMPORTANT: The Petition Fee of P800.00 shall be directly deposited by the Petitioner or his parent to the Bank of the
Philippine Islands (BPI); Current Account No. 4981-0018-48 under the account name of: “Supreme Council Order of DeMolay”.
Attach the photocopy of the deposit slip to this Petition Form when submitting to the DeMolay Chapter and to Supreme Council,
Order of DeMolay. The DeMolay Chapter is not allowed to receive payment of the Petition Fee due to the Supreme Council
Order of DeMolay. If the Petitioner is denied membership by the DeMolay Chapter, the Petition Fee paid shall be refunded by
the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay to the Petitioner. The DeMolay Chapter in accordance to their Chapter By-Laws, may
collect the fees / dues for the Chapter in addition to the Petition Fee after being elected into membership.

DeMolay fully adheres and supports RA 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law. Hazing is NOT allowed and NOT tolerated in DeMolay.
