The Audio/Visual Room, Home Economics Room, Science Laboratory, and Computer
Laboratory are the facilities that I find most beneficial because they are the places where
the students do the assigned tasks. Here is where the knowledge that has been learned
is put to use. It is crucial for students to apply the concepts they learn outside of the
classroom as well.
The counseling room was the least helpful, in my opinion, because it isn't always in use
and because the facility's layout isn't exactly perfect for a typical counseling session. The
homeroom teacher also frequently resolves and addresses the majority of student-related
issues. It would be preferable if they moved the counseling area into a room with more
privacy.
Yes. Given that there is still a global epidemic, they offer numerous washing facilities for
the pupils to use. To protect the safety of not only the kids but also the teaching and
support staff inside the school, it is crucial to adhere to the safety guidelines set forth by
the government.

The Plaza is near the school. Due to its placement in the municipality's commercial district,
the school is in a particularly desirable location. The neighborhood where the school is
located is peaceful and secure for studying. Additionally, there are transportation options
and the police headquarters are conveniently located nearby.

The Municipal hall, a food court, and a police station are all close to the school. Additionally,
there is an auditorium nearby. These facilities add to the learning aids existing inside the
school surroundings. Additionally, the pupils' security is increased as a result.

1. What are the classroom management strategy(ies) that you have observed?
Before beginning the lesson, the teacher makes sure to check the students' attendance.
The teachers gave the students a lengthy examination that included multiple choice,
identification, and jumbled letter questions because it was already time for the quarterly
exams. This method of administering quizzes is effective since it addresses various
intelligences. While reviewing the papers, he also talked about the solutions. This will help
the pupils remember the material in advance of the midterm tests.
During the instruction, it was used. The rules of the quiz were laid down and explained to
the pupils by the teacher. He also showed the test questions to the pupils via an audio-
visual presentation. He also allowed the student who had trouble reading from a distance
to sit in front and read the test items aloud to ensure that every student could read the
questions correctly. Before moving on to the next question, he asked the pupils if they were
finished.
The teacher conducted the quiz flawlessly while using the technology. He saw to it that the
pupils' worries were adequately addressed without humiliating them. He also lightened the
mood in the classroom by occasionally telling jokes. The quiz and the discussion of the answers
have the pupils' full attention. The fact that they are showing such a strong interest in the class
also indicates that they are learning in a secure and healthy atmosphere.

My Analysis
If a facility is open for use and has all the tools necessary for encouraging learning as well as
those required by students, then we can consider it to be useful. In order to prevent disruptions
to the teaching and learning process, the facility must be comfortable to use and free of
annoyances.
When do you say that a facility aids learning? Cite some instances.
Teachers and students frequently base their instruction and learning on the facilities' physical
state and location. It is crucial to have a solid infrastructure and all the tools necessary for
demonstrating expertise. If a facility facilitates the acquisition of knowledge, it helps with
learning. If the kids can learn new knowledge and skills from it, this also helps with learning.
Students learn better when they feel comfortable and bullied-free in the classroom. If the
facilities are complete and the people are friendly, they are more likely to learn more. This will
enable them to participate in activities that can advance their learning and abilities. Additionally,
this will give kids the confidence that they can learn at their own pace without feeling guilty. A
positive learning environment gives students the chance to learn about themselves with the aid
of those around them.

When they feel at ease and bullied-free in the classroom, they perform better academically. They
are more inclined to learn more if the facilities are complete and the staff are welcoming. They will
be able to engage in activities that will enhance their knowledge and skills as a result. Kids will get
confidence that they can learn at their own pace without feeling bad as a result of this as well.
Students have the opportunity to learn about themselves with the help of others around them in a
supportive learning environment.
My Reflection
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed/remembered? Why or why not?
- Yes. The people at Bautista National High School are friendly and accommodating. The
pupils maintain good behavior and discipline both inside and outside of the classroom. Both
the instructors and the principal are personable. By offering tests and exercises crucial to
the course, they make sure the students are understanding the ideas. When I eventually
become a teacher, I aspire to work in a setting comparable to this school. I hope that I will
grow as a teacher and that my pupils will feel at ease learning with me.
2. If
you are the teacher, how can you make the environment more conducive to learning?
If I were a teacher, I would make sure that the students were paying attention to the
instruction. Technology will be used by me to enhance learning and make sure that all of
the kids' varied requirements are properly met during education. Despite their differences,
I will make sure that no one of my students falls behind. Additionally, I'll make sure that all
of the equipment is ready for the demonstration of training.

The pupils' learning environment can remain orderly if a classroom is managed properly. If
behavioral and learning pedagogies are properly handled, this can also improve their
learning competences and skills. Their emotional, mental, and social skills can all be
developed in this way.
4. If you are to design a learning environment for your would-be students, how will it look like? Illustrate.
