On Monday, August 24, 2020 shall be the pick-up of the Learning Packets of the Modular
Distance Learning and the Weekly Learning Plan for the Homeschooling Platforms.

Please make sure that you had submitted your plastic envelopes at SVMA before August 24, 2020 as
stated in Bulletin No. 3, S. of 2020; in the Checklist of Materials given to you when your registered /
enrolled this was resent to your email today, August 22, 2020; and during the Parents / Guardians
Orientation held last August 3 – 8, 2020.

For the late enrollees and those who did not submit, please comply with the previous
and allow us ample time to compile the contents. We shall send a message via Viber Groups
for the next schedule.

Please take note of the following reminders:

1.) The pick-up / drop-off shall be at the ramp (the front of the SVMA building). There is no
need for you to get out of your vehicles.

2.) For faster transition of the drive thru, enter at C. Castro

Road, turn right at Castro Road II and another right at
Nadayao Road. For a roundabout, traverse Nadayao
Road, turn right to Castro Road I and another right at
C. Castro Road.
3.) May we request that you be mindful of the schedule
given to your level. This is to avoid causing traffic and
unnecessary delay in the distribution.
4.) Kindly be patient, understanding and courteous to the
rest of the drivers, parents, guardians, and personnel.
5.) If you had received nomenclature materials in your envelope, may we ask to use them properly
to avoid damage or misplacement. Step-by-step instructions on how to use them as well as
activities and tasks are included in the learning packet.
