Production of Sugarcane Packaging

1) Wash it with some alkaline substance to remove the stickiness

of the Sugary products
2) Then we wash again to remove the alkaline substance and any
residual chemicals
3) The wet pulp is then converted to dry pulp board after being
pressed in a beating tank.
4) The substance is mixed with an anti-oil and anti-water agent in
a Pulper to make the substance
sturdier. Once blended, the
mixture is piped into a Preparation
Tank and then the moulding
machines.

Factor price Of
sugarcane

1•How Is sugarcane prices determined?

Sugarcane prices are determined by the
Centre as well as States. The pricing of
sugarcane is governed by the statutory
provisions of the Sugarcane (Control) Order,
1966issued under the Essential Commodities
Act (ECA), 1955.04-Aug-2022.modities Act
(ECA), 1955.04-Aug-2022
The Indian sugar industry’s growth and residual lignocellulosic sugarcane bagasse
(RSB) generation rate are complementary to each other. It is estimated that over
75–90 million tonnes of wet RSB are produced annually from 600 operational
sugar mills in India.
For every 10 tonnes of sugarcane crushed, a sugar factory produces nearly three
tonnes of wet bagasse. It’s challenging to use this byproduct directly as a fuel
because of the high moisture content, typically 40–50 percent. Instead, bagasse
is typically stored prior to further processing.
There are four main byproducts of the sugarcane industry are cane tops,
bagasse..
Many things can be produced from waste of sugarcane like cutlery , biofuel ,
biocompost etc ..
The price of sugarcane waste bagasse varies from one another but we can easily
find it online or sugarcane juice vendors …
From sugarcane juice vendors we can get it for
Rs 1 to Rs 10 per kg..
And
Rs 1500 to 3000 per quintal ..
As shown in the next slide .
