After reading the 3 topics, I think the most challenging one for me was the Multigrade Teaching.

The
term multigrade teaching generally refers to a teaching situation where a single teacher has to take
responsibility for teaching pupils across more than one curriculum grade within a timetabled period.

Why it is so challenge because the teacher must adapt different techniques and approaches to help his
or her learners. Which is the main goals of kind of this teaching. In multigrade teaching, it needs to
develop the social,psychomotor and intellectual of the learner. Teachers must find flexible ways to meet
the needs and interest of the learner. As a multigrade teacher you must practice the different
techniques and strategies in some areas. Fisrt, classroom management on how you will managed the
different class with the same timeable period. Second, instructional strategies for improving the quality
of teaching to his or her student. Third, curriculum planning which teacher need to learn how to plan
across grade level objectives. Forth is the instructional materials, even if the materials is short the
teacher must to somthing to provide the need of his or her children. Lastly the school and community,
teachers must be trained in approaches of school to community.

Being an multigrade teacher is not that easy there's a lot of teaching process needed to learn and apply.
However, if your motivation is your students learning those challenges may inspired you more to be a
better educutor in future.
