Letter of Recommendation

I am writing this recommendation letter or it is my honour and pleasure to write this

recommendation letter in support of Mr xxx application for permanent residence in the United
States. I have worked with mr xxx has witnessed that he has proven his mettle as professional
transport pilot in Pakistan Air Force.
He has remained dependable officer and a trustworthy pilot who has maintained good reputation
among peer pilots during his tenure in transport fleet. It is evident form the fact that he got a
chance to fly multiple transport aircrafts. He has remained part of transport squadron which I have
commanded for years. Under my command, he was scheduled to fly number of challenging
missions. These missions include but no limited to NVG missions. Missions to skardu and gilgit
airfields, which are challenging considering the terrain in northern areas of Pakistan and limited
length of these airlfields. He would also be scheduled to fly missions on C-130 as Captain for
Transatlantic missions to USA.
He has maintained accident free safety record. He has never been involved in any mishap or
procedural violation. I have also learned that he was awarded special green endorsement by
handling a series inflight emergency and safely landing a C-130 aircraft, thus saving valuable asset.
The details are attached here in. he has flown and Captained no of Multi-engine trasnoort category
aircrafts that include C-130, CN-235 Casa and Chinese Y-9 aircrafts. I have also come to know that he
has recently undergone initial pilot conversion on King air 350i (B-350) aircraft in Tempa, Florida. He
has undergone cre resource management courses
