1. The Parties
Sweepers Inc. (“The Company”) proposes this document (“The
Proposal”) to CA Financial Bank (“The Bank”).

2. Project Details
The Company proposes this document to get an advance credit of
$16,800 from the CA Financial Bank to improve its marketing strategy
through website creation, social media posts, and advertising resources
to attract more customers within the California area.

3. Payment
The Company will have a fixed repayment schedule with a 4% monthly
interest rate until the loan is fully repaid.

4. Confidentiality
This proposal (“The Proposal”) shall remain confidential between
Sweepers Inc. (“The Company”) and CA Financial Bank (“The Bank”).
