performance is expected to be of a much higher standard.

TMAA Reception.
3. We introduce Guiding Principles - Rules for learning Martial Arts that
date back to the old Masters.

Notes 1. The Tomari Seisan Kata introduces more complex footwork and the
foundation for sparring.
2. Tomari Seisan is an old kata from the village of Tomari. The style of
Karate that this kata originates from no longer exists. We are preserving
history and art from centuries ago.
3. We introduce the Bo Kihon kata. This is taught in three parts to make
learning easier.
4. Protective Chest Gear is required for student safety as contact levels
increase.
