TEMPERATURE SHUT DOWN. THIS FAULT INDICATES A COOLING PROBLEM IN THE MAIN AIR SWITCH IS TO ENSURE OIL FLOW TO COMPRESSOR.

DRY TYPE 2 STAGE; CENTRIFUGAL PRE-CLEANER WITH MANUAL DUMP THE PLC ALSO TURNS THE OIL COOLER FAN ON WHEN THE OIL TEMPERATURE
CUP, PRIMARY ELEMENT AND SAFETY ELEMENT. GOES ABOVE 170 F (76.7 C) AND BACK OFF AT 140 F (60 C).
AIR COMPRESSOR INLET EMPTY DUST CUP EACH SHIFT.
COMPRESSOR OIL CIRCULATION PUMP PROVIDES FORCED OIL CIRCULATION FOR THE WATER PUMP IS A SUBMERSIBLE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP DRIVEN BY A
2 FILTERS AND FILTER CHANGE ELEMENTS WHEN THE FILTER INDICATOR REACHES 20" H2O.
COOLING AND LUBRICATION OF THE COMPRESSOR. VARIABLE FREQUENCY AC DRIVE.
INDICATOR FILTER INDICATOR SWITCH IS SET AT 20" H2O.
PUMP IS A POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT GEAR PUMP OF 19.2 CU IN/REV DISPLACEMENT. PUMP ROTATION IS COUNTERCLOCKWISE VIEWING THE PUMP DRIVE SHAFT
CHECK VISUAL INDICATOR DAILY WITH BIT AIR ON. COMPRESSOR OIL
12 PUMP ROTATION IS COUNTERCLOCKWISE VIEWED FROM THE SHAFT END OF THE FROM THE MOTOR END.
CLEAN ELEMENT PRESSURE DROP WITH BIT AIR ON IS ABOUT 8.2" H2O. CIRCULATION PUMP
PUMP. THE PUMP IS TURNED ON AND OFF BY A SWITCH IN THE OPERATOR CAB IF
I THE BIT AIR BUTTERFLY VALVE IS OPEN. I
PUMP FLOW IS 150 GPM @ 1800 RPM.
SIGNALS IF COMPRESSOR FILTER INLET OIL PRESSURE FALLS BELOW WATER INJECTION THE PUMP IS DRIVEN AT A SPEED SET BY THE OPERATOR.

8 PSI, 0.6 BAR. PUMP PUMP FLOW IS 10 GPM WITH 60 HZ DRIVE FREQUENCY.
3 COMPRESSOR OIL WHILE THE PUMP IS RUNNING, IT WILL BE TURNED OFF IF BIT AIR PRESSURE
SET THE SWITCH TO 15 PSI, 1.0 BAR, RISING PRESSURE; 8 PSI, 0.6 BAR,
PRESSURE SWITCH OVER PRESSURE PRESET TO RELIEVE AT 130 PSI, 9.0 BAR. EXCEEDS A VALUE HALF WAY BETWEEN THE MAIN AIR PRESSURE WITH THE
FALLING PRESSURE. 13
RELIEF VALVE NO ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED. BIT AIR OFF AND THE NORMAL BIT PRESSURE.
THIS NORMALLY OCCURS WITH A PLUGGED BIT OR HOLE.
THESE VALVES PROGRESSIVELY RESTRICT THE AIR COMPRESSOR TO RESTART THE WATER FLOW, THE BIT AIR BUTTERFLY VALVE MUST BE
INLET AIR FLOW. THE RESULT OF THIS RESTRICTION IS TO REDUCE THE ALLOWS PUMP OIL TO RETURN TO THE T-TANK AT THE PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL OF CLOSED AND THEN OPENED.
AIR FLOW RATE OUT OF THE COMPRESSOR. WITH THE VALVES 14 PUMP RELIEF VALVE 150 PSID, 10.3 BAR D.
INLET RESTRICTION
4 COMPLETELY CLOSED, THERE IS NO AIR COMING OUT OF THE NO ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED.

COMPRESSOR. THE VALVES ARE ACTUATED BY EITHER AN AIR SIGNAL,
H FROM THE SUBTRACTIVE PILOT VALVE, OR A HYDRAULIC SIGNAL, FROM H
