DESIGNATION OF SCHOOL MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR OF THE OFFICE

OF THE PRINCIPAL FROM SEPTEMBER 26, 2022 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2022

1. In reference to Republic Act No. 9155, Chapter 1 (E), p. 7, “school heads

shall have the authority, accountability of xxx administering and managing all
personnel, physical, and fiscal resources of the school”, this office orders the
designation of Mrs. Marianne Q. Padua as School Management Coordinator from
September 26, 2022 to September 30, 2022 in connection to the attendance of
the OIC – Principal to the national training of the Department of Education titled
Upskilling School Leaders on Instructional Leadership and Supervision in Multigrade
Schools which will be held on September 26, 2022 to October 1, 2022 at Great
Eastern Hotel, Quezon City.

2. As designated School Management Coordinator, she shall:

a. serve as the school leader for the said period under the direction and
supervision of the OIC – Principal through remote and virtual modes;
b. check the daily attendance of all the teaching and non-teaching staffs of the
school;
c. collect all daily lesson logs/ plans of all the teachers;
d. serve as relations officer/ coordinator of the monitoring officials and visitors
of the school;
e. ensure maintenance and orderliness of the school;
f. coordinate to the OIC – Principal all matters related to management,
curriculum implementation and other related matters for decision making;
g. perform all other tasks as instructed by the OIC – Principal.
