is the structure that conveys precise meaning from the writer to the audience.

Punctuation helps convey the precise meaning of a sentence and in fact can even change the
meaning, as in this example:

A woman, without her man, is nothing.

A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Capitalization helps convey information. The first word of every sentence is capitalized, signaling
that a new sentence has begun. Also the name of a particular person, place, or thing are

I have the smallest office but people often tell me it’s also the most comfortable. It has a white-
ish minimalism and nature theme. My office is located at the third floor of our headquarters
which is the same floor as our pantry, so whenever i feel like i need a cup of coffee i can go right
away to the pantry and consuming less times. I have my desk and office chair, a small file
cabinet, a computer, two synthetic plants decoration, a white wooden platform with some
decoration. The color theme of the office shapes the calm atmosphere and effectively reduced
any stress i’ve got whenever i faced any issues at work.
