1. How did you feel after recalling your roots and working on your family tree? Can you name the
experience? Why?
- I feel happy because It is my chance to recall all my different kinds of experiences, I would
recall one experience when our family went on a vacation, It was very a different experience
from the other vacations, because our hearts was filled with joy and genuine happiness.

2. What insights did you gain from this experience of looking at your roots and your journey?
- The insights I gained was very amusing and interesting because throughout my life I have a lot
of experiences and challenges that I’ve went through, like having stress problems, depression,
trauma, and also fun and exciting happenings in my journey.

3. After this activity, what are you most grateful for in your life now? Why?
- I am grateful to my family and friends, they supported and guided me throughout my journey,
especially God who lead me to my paths and being by my side.
