Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479 dated October 7, 1994, titled declaring month of November of every year as Filipino Values Month. This Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division - Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (ESP) announces the schedule on the Division Culmination on the 2022 Filipino Values Month Celebration with the theme: Magandang Kaugaliang Pilipino: Isabuhay at Pagyamanin Tungo sa Matiwasay at Mauniad na Kinabukasan, which will be on November 26, 2022 (Saturday) at Marigondon Elementary School, from 8:00 o'clock in the morning to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon. 2. This activity aims to: a. Promote Filipino Values and Culture and create moral awakening and national consciousness on human values that are unique, genuine, and positively Filipino; b. Sustain and revitalize the practice of caring for others, treating others with respect and dignity and assisting others to become better persons starting from the family; c. Encourage support and participation of the schools in elementary and secondary; and d. Build strong partnership of the stakeholders. 3. Please see attached enclosures for the Program Management Team/Committees, Program/Matrix and Contest Mechanics and Criteria for Judging. 4. Only the First Place Winners of the District Level will compete for the Division Level. The participants will likewise required to submit parents’ permit upon registration. 5. All participants who will be joining the activity shall be entitled to compensatory time- off/service-credits in accordance with the provisions of DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2011 and DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003. Likewise, non-teaching personnel who will be involved in the activity shall be entitled to avail of the Compensatory-Time-Off (CTO) on the training days which fall on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays per CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004. 6. Food and travel allowance/expenses of the participants shall be chargeable against school MOOE and other local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 7. CREATIVITY AND The poster made original and drawn creatively. | 35% ORIGINALITY VISUAL IMPACT Over-all presentation, including color harmony. | 35% The winners will be chosen based on the following criteria: ‘SLOGAN WRITING CONTEST CRITERIA FOR JUDGING TOTAL, 100% SAINTS LOOK-ALIKE/COSPLAY CONTEST ( Grades 4 to 6) Mechanics and Guidelines - contestants can cosplay any biblical characters or Saints that they love to dress up and look like - contestants are required to wear a SASH INDICATING THE NAME OF THE SAINT - each contestant will be given 2 minutes to showcase their look-alike Saints ‘The winners will be chosen based on the following criteria: SAINTS LOOK-ALIKE/COSPLAY CRITERIA FOR JUDGING CRITERIA % Craftsmanship 40% Authenticity Z 30% Expression and Showmanship - 15% [Audience Impact «15% TOTAL 100% SECONDARY (JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL) 1, SPOKEN POETRY CONTEST MECHANICS and Guidelines. - The spoken poetry must be an original composition. ~ It shall be written in TAGALOG. - The piece must be related with the theme based on DM 716, 5.2022 - Each contestant is given a maximum of 3-5 minutes to recite or deliver his/her piece.
