    WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE MOST CHALLENGING ROLE/FUNCTION AS A MASTER TEACHER YOU
    PERFORMED OR PORTRAYED ALL THESE YEARS? WHY?

    ANSWER:

    Teaching beginning learners like Grade 1 classes, which I’m recently assigned to. This role is
    indeed a big challenge for me, since before I was promoted to this position, I was once a School Head for
    9 years. With this experienced, I am exposed to managerial roles and functions, and classroom teaching
    and learning is no longer my focus. At the moment, I am still on the process of adjustment as to
    teaching and learning, especially that my learners are beginners. A great challenge indeed but I have
    started coping up with my roles/functions as a classroom teacher.
