    Nadal,

    My team and I are currently looking to redesign our website. We came into an agreement that the current
    website is a bit on an outdated side.

    We would like to know whether you performed a usability test on the current site. We are still deciding
    between doing a total site redesign, or just a partial redesign, and would appreciate it if you could provide
    us with the costing details regarding both services. We would also like to know your thoughts on adding
    animation, sound, or video and would be open for your recommendations and suggestions.

    We would like to invite you to a meeting on October 12 to further discuss the details along with 13
    members of the committee. We would also like to receive an answer a day or two before the meeting date.
