NARRATIVE REPORT
The year-level meeting was participated in by fifteen (15) parent officers and
fifteen (15) class advisers/ subject teachers headed by the year level chairman, Mr.
John Jeric Sendico.
The meeting started at 1:45 P.M. in the SHS Building TVL Room 1. This was
formally opened through a short prayer led by Mr. Mark Carmelo A. Azor, 12-GAS 5
Adviser. It was followed by singing of the Philippine Anthem conducted by Mrs. Annalyn
B. Canillo, 12-GAS 3 Adviser. To break the monotony, Mrs. Teresita A. Ampongan, 12-
GAS 1 Adviser, Mrs. Jonalyn B. Argoso, 12-GAS 7 Adviser, and Ms. Geneva A. Imperial,
Subject Teacher, prepared an energizer. Presentation of participants was delivered by
Mrs. Crisell B. Ombayan, 12-Caregiving Adviser, in a manner of introducing oneself as
their name is called. Only the 12-GAS 1 and 12-Caregiving parent officers were absent.
The agenda which were taken up were: 1.) Election of Year-Level PTA Officers
and 2.) Other Matters.
Here is the newly elected Grade 12 PTA Officers.

Business Managers: Mrs. Ludivina Banzon (12-GAS 3)

: Mrs. Marina S. Madriaga (12-ACP)

For other concerns, Mrs. Sherlina H. Dela Torre, Asst. School Principal II, gave a
short message to the parent officers. She congratulated the newly elected officials who
will serve as the representative of the Grade 12 body. She highlighted that it is not the
parents who will do the module but they will just assist or guide their children in
answering the modules when their help is needed. She also gave emphasis on the
homeroom project which is the school pavilion’s bleachers and half of the contribution
will go to the class adviser’s classroom improvement.

The meeting adjourned at 3:10 P.M.
