Subject: A trip to country site

Dear Jayson,

How are you doing these days, buddy. Remember the event that the Nature Club created a
few days ago? It was a trip to the countryside. I join the trip along with Alex. It was such a pity that
you weren’t free to join.

The destination of the trip was at a protected forest near the countryside of Sabah. We went
to the small jetty by boat through upstream of the river, and then we walk to the main camp. There
was no internet connection at all. All of the crews were isolated by the thick forest and river. The
entire place gave off a very peaceful vibe, no sound pollution of machines and vehicles, and the air
was very fresh.

Although there wasn’t any internet connection, we were still able to enjoy the trip very well.
This trip was mainly about sight seeing of wild animals around the countryside. We woke up very
early in the morning before the sunrise, and started our hiking. The forest was dark and damp, we all
were carrying a torchlight in search of small animals and insects. We found a lot of exotic creatures
that can never be found in the city or the zoo. The main highlight of the trip was the elephants
showering in the river. It was a sight to behold.

We’ve learned a lot of things about the wild lives and their behaviour. This trip was definitely
worth it. Because of how successful the trip is, the Nature Club is going to plan another similar trip in
next few months. Free up your schedule, buddy, hopefully I can see you there.

Cheers,
Kenneth
