SPIELO RAM CLEAR AND OPTIONING

Items needed are:

- UMR (Ultimate Mater Reset) card.

- Set Key Dongle.

Below are the steps for RAM clearing the EGD:

1. Power off the EGD.

2. Remove the current game software (1 flash card).
3. Insert the UMR and power the EGD on.
4. The EGD will complete the RAM clear and display a message when it is complete.
5. Power the EGD off.
6. Remove the UMR and insert the new game compact flash.
7. Install the Set Key Dongle and power the EGD on.

Setting options on the Spielo EGD:

Once the EGD is rebooted, turn the reset key to begin setup.

1. Select the volume tab.

-Reduce the minimum volume to approximately 15%.

2. Select Games tab.

-Select Pay Table Button.
-Select Configuration Button.
-Select the empty game space on Line 1, a pop up window will appear.
-Select Game Text Box on line 1 then select the game you are installing from the drop down
menu.
-Select the payout % from the drop down menu.
-Select the enter button to save the screen.

3. Select the Configuration Button.

-Using the up and down buttons, set the max bet. (Lines can be adjusted as needed).
-Select the enter button to save the screen.

4. Select Machine tab.

-Set credit limits.
-Set EGD serial number.

5. Select the Communication tab.

 -Set the serial port.
-Accounting, Validation, and AFT will all need to be set.
-Slant tops need to be set to a value of 3.
-Old uprights need to be set to a value of 3.
-New uprights need to be set to a value of 2.
-Port address serial 3 needs to be set to a value of 1. (always set at 1)

6. Select the Validation Button.

–Unselect the option for restricted tickets.

7. Select AFT Button.

–Check all the boxes.
-Select asset Number box and enter the asset number.
-Select the EXIT button in the top right corner.

8. This ends the option setting, place the game out of service, remove the Set Key Dongle, GAT,
Seal, and MGC test the EGD before putting it up for play.
