Hi,

I’m not sure what happened, but I’ve found major errors with the figures in the ELDs HTML. Figures 4-6 and 8-10 were
swapped around. So I’ve rejected the content.

Please prepare for a resupply and let me know what might have happened that caused such a major slip up.

Thanks.

With warmest regards,

Michelle

Dear Project Manager,

Good morning! Hope all is well with you.

I have received the first pass proofs of my article and noticed many spelling errors and incorrect alignment in the tables. In
addition the figures look quite blurry; they are not the same as supplied by me to the publisher. Can you let me know how
did this happen?

There are few queries for which I need quite some time to get the information. I am travelling home for the Christmas. I
will send you the changes to my article in a week’s time. Is this ok?

Call me if you have any questions.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very upset with the way the changes were made at your end to my article. If I start marking the changes then I may
have to add at least 100 changes in one page. My article is 12 pages long. I do not have time to mark all the corrections
neither do I wish to mark them. Please let me know what is the best/other way to proceed further with publication of my
article.

It is very bad if the publisher do not do any work on the supplied file; there is no use of submission in such a case.

Can you let me know your thoughts?

Hi there,

I have received an email from the Editor regarding the inconsistency in citing WCC reviews in the reference sections. This
error is already forward to your end last 2014, see attached.

It should be “Clim Change” instead of “Rev Clim Change”. This is a recurrence error, I’ve been checking/correcting this in
the proof collated files sent to your end. I’ve never escalated it to higher level since I believe this is just an isolated case but
the Editor has noticed it yet again.

With this, please kindly re-iterate this to the Copyediting team to please change such non-standard abbreviation with all
my WIREs titles only.

Please confirm receipt of instruction. Thank you.

Warm regards,
Ching
