Project Title: Project SEAWALLS (Structure, Enhance, Augment the Walls, Ambience, Lawns, and Landscape
of the School)
Problem Statements: 1. Only 20% of school site is fenced.
2. There are 820 out of 1,139 stakeholders (72%) who actively participated in school’s
extra-curricular activities such as Brigada Eskwela and Gulayan sa Paaralan.
Project Objective Statements: 1. To augment and concretize the perimeter fence
2. To make the school safe, friendly, and attractive by means of restructuring
the damaged structures and enhance the color of school buildings and
facilities
3. To increase stakeholders’ participation to 90%
Root Causes: 1. Students were cutting classes because the school site is not completely fenced.
2. The damaged school facilities were dangerous for students especially during rainy days.
3. The percentage of attendance of stakeholders during the conduct of school activities is low.
