Ethiopian traditional food and beverages delivery system

My idea for a business involves a delivery app for phones and laptops,that delivers only
Ethiopian traditional foods and beverages all over Ethiopia by giving options ,about the
commodity they get and how much it could cost them, interconnecting all restaurants and liquor
stores and delivering it to any coustomer at a reasonable price,that they agree to ,when they
decide to make a payment.

WHY THIS PLAN?

I choose this idea because most of our famous restaurants and liquor stores work in a formal
and face to face interaction and ,if some one wants to use their service,the customer have to
come in person to the exact place, so my idea involves signing a contract with every restaurant
with the best service that want to go digital,and get their menu for their dishes and beverages and
post it on my site and get a commission from that firm for delivering their goods and bringing
more customer that could use their services and get a payment from the customer for delivering
their needs.

COMPETITION

There is an app called deliver adiss which delivers goods which belongs to them and use the app
for their own shop and no other firms,and it operates only in adiss ababa ,so my app differs from
these app, not only it operates in multiple city I Ethiopia,but also involves getting multiple
firms into a digital form and making them available for any customer.
