GENDER STEREOTYPES

Gender Roles in society is used to label a specific gender to have one specific role. Men are
supposed to be the one to go to work all day and women are supposed to stay at home and
taking care of children. People have this idea of what is gender pushed on them starting when
they are born. They will feel like there is this role they have to follow through out their lives.
It's infecting everything it touches like a bacteria seeped into our culture.

Both genders were pushed what they needed to be. Girls were being shown how to bake and
boys were being targets of hyper masculinity. People don't even notice how often they stereotype
other people. Some of them stereotype everyday and I think that stereotyping can't be stopped
but to avoid being stereotype by other people I believe a person should be unique, creative and
most important be true to yourself.
