Subject: Improving future delivery rates to avoid setback to project timeline, risking
product quality and hurting revenue

Hello all,
I hope you all are doing great. I have been managing our office Greens Plant Pals Project,
which is on the way to official launch. Our team has done a great job in installing order
management software.
I would like to draw you attention to status of only 80% of orders fulfillment, due to not
enough drivers to deliver all of the orders on time, leading to customer dissatisfaction and
few subscriptions cancellation. Further delay could create even more issues setting back the
project timeline, risking product quality, and hurting revenue.
We have optimized the delivery routes which will help to improve on time delivery by 5 %. At
the same time, we need to hire additional delivery drivers to ensure at least 90% on time
deliveries.
