Hi I’m Bin, this is the second part of the process.

Step 9: Sand the wooden sides and wood handle using the belt sander

- In using belt sander, we have achieved a new look of our wooden sides. It is just like an eraser
that removes the dirt or the old look of the wood.

Step 10: Drill wooden sides to the metal base.

- To have a slot for the screws, we must use the drilling machine to make a hole in the workpiece,
but first we insert a rotating drill bit and brought it to the target location.

Step 11: Screw wooden sides to the metal base.

- Screwing the metal plate into the wooden base to cleave them together.

Step 12: Sand handle using belt sander.

- To have a uniform look of our wooden material, we also sand the handle.

Step 13: Spread wood glue on the wooden sides.

- In adhering the handle and the two wooden sides, we used a wood glue to stick them together.

Step 14: Attach the handle on the wooden sides using a hammer and let the wood glue dry for 2hrs.

- We let the wood glue dry for two hours to create a strong bond between pieces of wood.

Step 15: Drill the handle.

- To insert a two-inch drywall screw on the handle, we must create a hole at least 1 centimeter to
easily insert the two-inch drywall screw.

Step 16: Screw the handle to the sides.

And last

Step 17: Sand the edges.

- To have a clean and vibrant look, we sand the edges.
