INTERVIEW LETTER

RECRUITMENT TO POST(S) OF LECTURER URDU (MALE) (BS-17) IN THE PUNJAB HIGHER


SUBJECT:
EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
1. You are being called provisionally for interview on above date & time subject to
verification/scrutiny of your documents before interview. In case any document is
found deficient, you will not be allowed to appear in interview. So please ensure
that you bring along all the original documents as mentioned in the advertisement.
List is also reproduced below:

a) Treasury receipt of Rs.600/-.


b) Matriculation Certificate, showing date of birth and in case of 'O' Level,
equivalent certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad and date
of birth given in school leaving certificate.
c) Intermediate Certificate from a recognized Board. In case marks obtained/total marks
are not mentioned on the transcript then please provide percentage certificate
issued by controller of the examination.
d) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University; In case marks obtained/total marks are
not mentioned on the transcript then please provide percentage certificate issued by
controller of the examination.
e) Master's Degree (at least 2nd division) in the relevant subject or equivalent
Qualification from a recognized University; In case marks obtained/total marks are
not mentioned on the transcript then please provide percentage certificate issued by
controller of the examination.
f) Equivalent qualification(s) must be equated by the Qualification Equivalence
Determination Committee of the concerned department or Higher Education Commission
(if required).
g) Domicile certificate of relevant district of Province of Punjab issued on or
before the closing date.
h) In case of Government Servant, Departmental Permission Certificate (available on
PPSC website) duly signed and stamped by the Competent Authority of concerned
Department.
i) Original valid C.N.I.C.
j) Disability certificate, if "Yes" in Column 20 of Online Application Form has been
ticked.

2. Punjab Public Service Commission will not pay any T.A./D.A. on this account.

3. Interview will be held on the afore-mentioned date & venue even if it is declared a
Public Holiday, unless change in the interview date is intimated to you in advance.

4. If you fail to appear in the interview on the date & time specified above, your
Candidature will be cancelled.
Note:
Please also bring two photocopies sets of all documents.
