In academic as a student it can help to lessen my stress increase my cognitive skills such as concentration and attention. 2. Does physical fitness test really effective? Yes, or No? Why? → Yes, because it helps you to maintain a healthy body. In our life everyday doing the physical fitness test is important when it comes in school, the teacher may know your health status. Doing every day is really effective to improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases but it can really effective if you do this in simple way. For me doing push up, curl up help you to maintain good body posture and maintain weight but you must do also a proper diet in good way, proper sleep to be really effective. 3. Based on the results on your PFT, what are your strengths and weakness? → I have a hard time of doing curl up and push up due to lack of exercise my arm strength endurance and abdominal strength endurance are not good compare to others this is my weakness so I need to do it every day in order to be better. And it’s easy for me to do standing long jump, shuttle run, 50-meter sprint in short my strength is speed. 4. Do you believe that health is wealth? → Yes, I truly believe that health is wealth, considering for everyday living we must take care are health in order to gain more things done. Health gives me large meaning in my life as health is considered the most valuable and precious for every individual. You can live without good wealth but without good health it’s impossible to survive. Secondly, if you are healthy then you can earn wealth but if you are wealthy and caught by deadly diseases because of not considering your health as priority your wealth will be of no use. There is saying that I saw when I read a book “Healthy mind resides in a Healthy Body,” so to get healthy mind you need to make your body healthy and the satisfaction you will get will amazing. Eating healthy foods or diet adds good result to your health it means you should eat foods or chose high in proteins, fibers, vitamins rather than wasting your money and health on junk food and unhealthy food.
