SEREMBAN known as Minangkabau, derived from the Malay word along Jalan Sungai Ujong offers
menang kerbau, which means "winning buffalo", are famous for knowledge on the history and
culture of he state. The structure

the proposed site towards the north
direction. A linear treeline can be seen
arranged along the road.

of government buildings and LEKAS
highway.
❑ This road is mostly curved to the east
because it was effected by the design of
the building on the hill.
❑ This road is also a narrow 2 way road
caused by rows of housing on the west
side of the road.
❑ One of the landmark of Seremban city
is located along this road which is the
Seremban Police Station.

The shop lots along this road is mostly


Chinese style shop houses. It is two to
three story height shop lots.

The Polis Station is one of the landmark in


Seremban city. It stands out from all the
rest of the building in the surrounding area
because it is surrounded by low-rise
building and it uses modern industrial
design instead of Chinese style design.
