Alabat, Btledhe 1 Act6-10
B.
This lesson enhanced my understanding of communication by broadening my knowledge and
assisting me in becoming educated enough to understand communication, including the delivery and
receiving of both verbal and non-verbal information.
When we talked about communication, I assumed we were talking about just disseminating or
exchanging messages. My perception was incorrect when I read and studied this lesson. In order to have
an efficient and effective communication, there are elements, processes, and types of communication that
we should know.
ANALYSIS
The quote means that when you speak up, you should think twice or even a thrice before you
speak. If that words or phrase of yours can’t hurt others. Be mindful enough with your thoughts, because
thoughts and words are choices, knowing how to think and speak in a very thoughtful way, feels good and
helps build the life you want can be quite beneficial.
2. I feel comfortable when communicating when I talked in my dialect which is bisaya. Whenever I speak
using my dialect, I can freely express myself very well. I don’t need to filter out or to think what the
translation of the word when speaking.
3. I usually communicate with my parents through verbally since we just live in just one roof, while in my
friends, we just chat each other through messenger and other social media apps. Sometimes if we got a
time to hangout, that’s the time when we talk verbally. However in my teacher, I communicate with my
teacher through chats and sometimes verbally when we have our zoom meetings which allows us to
interact with my teacher.
4. When I met a stranger who is from other foreign country through online. I felt uncomfortable that time
because of language barrier. We need to spoke using English language so that we can understood each
other. I can speak English but sometimes I just can’t really express myself and say what I really wanted to
say.
