Presentation, Analysis of Data, and Interpretation of findings

Accommodation of Customers is the usual service in fast food.

10 out of 16 students claimed that Accommodation to the customers in Fast food Chains is
present.
"The staffs are always friendly, patient, and understanding." (Participant A)
"They are always ready to help us. They greet customers as they enter." (Participant D)
This contributes to the customers because their crew and staff is making their job well and is
very responsible to their works.
However, 3 out of 16 respondents says that eating in fast food chains is hassle due to the
number of customers they have in the fast food chains.
"Sometimes no because when they have a lot of customers you still line up before taking your
order." (Participant C)

Eating in Fast food chains is convenient

11 out of 16 students claimed that eating in fast food chains is convenient and saves time. The
Second Objective clearly says that some of the students find out that eating on a fast food
chain is really convenient because it helps them to save money because it's budget friendly.
And the others are really not satisfied with other reasons. One of the main reasons for fast
foods popularity is the convenience factor. Instead of having to spend time in your kitchen
and at a grocery store preparing a meal you can spend mere minutes at a fast food restaurant
and get a full meal. Participant A, E, and G shared why eating in fast food chains is
convenient:
"I choose to eat in fast food, it’s convenient and time saving." (Participant A)
"Because it is convenient and fast." (Participant E)
"The food is inexpensive, convenient and taste good." (Participant C
Nevertheless, some says that eating in fast food chains is not helping due to taking a lot of
time in getting the food they want.
 CHAPTER 5
Restatement of the Problem

This study aimed to identify the services offered by the fast food chains. The results show
that Accommodation of Customers is the usual customer service in fast food. This study was
conducted to identify the services offered by fast food chains and the customer experience at
these establishments. The researchers found that the main services offered by fast food chains
include taking orders, serving food, operating cash registers, and maintaining cleanliness and
hygiene standards. This suggests that while fast food chains may offer good service, they can
sometimes be crowded and difficult to navigate. Expectations are high, the campus food
services are expected to be more responsive. The workplace is a captive environment where
the overall satisfaction of consumers could be an important element of the overall eating.

In addition, the second objective of the study is Students find the services convenient. The
findings of this study argue that Eating in Fast food chains is convenient. According to this
study, eating at fast food restaurants is convenient for us. Our respondents or students said
that this is convenient because we can save time. For example, when you are in a rush
especially among busy people and don't have time to cook, you can just order quickly from
the fast food chain.

Summary
The results shows that majority of our respondents says that eating in fast food chains is
convenient and can save time. Accommodation by the staffs to the customers is seen at the
fast food chains

Conclusion
This studies objective was to determine the various food service characteristics that affect
consumers' overall satisfaction as well as students at The Great Plebeian College. The
findings point to some significant implications for students at The Great Plebeian College,
including the fact that eating at fast food chains is convenient and saves time for them.

The results implies that the food at the fast food chain is really better than others, And
because most of the customers are students who don't have their own jobs and are looking for
a living, the fast food chains going to run to is really one.
Recommendation
To future researchers who will study the same topic, the researchers suggest that make an
increase to the numbers of participants in your research. Expand the participants not only
within the school but also to other people or to other schools. Make your research clear and
understand well your topic research so that you know to do
