FINALS: WEBINAR
Webinar Preparation Part 1

Tasks:
1. Conduct the assigned tasks given below.
A. Delegation of Tasks
• As your first task for your Webinar Preparation, please assigned task to your
groupmates the following:
1. (Ganaban) Speaker/s- the one who will serve as the speaker during your
webinar.
2. (Gabay)Moderators- the ones who will facilitate the flow of your webinar.
3. (Luzano) Technical Person- the one who will be assigned in creating the link
for your webinar (by generating your own Google meet link), the one who
would be assigned in presenting the PowerPoint Presentation during your
webinar and preparing the other media-related materials during webinar like
videos, etc.
4. (Flores) PowerPoint, invitation/program and certificates creators- the
ones who will be assigned in creating the said materials for your webinar.
(You can assign one for each (if possible) or build a team that will be
assigned in this part)
5. (N/A) Person for Icebreaker (Optional)- the one who will be assigned to
conduct an ice breaker task as part of in-between activity. Make it sure that
ice breaker will also be related to your topic.
6. (Domasian)(Open Forum) Others- if there are tasks that I was not able to
provide but you think will be needed for your webinar.
