GUIDANCE FOR PREPARING COURSE FILE

 Course files have to be prepared in plastic


files with transparence cover.
 “COURSE FILE” form will be the cover page of
the file.
 Please put all the documents into the file by punching them. Do not put in
transparent plastic files. Only the documents in CDs will be put in plastic files.
 Please put a cross into the boxes when you put the related item documents.

Contents
1- The syllabus is the general syllabus of the course
2- 20…./ 20…. Fall, Spring or summer syllabus is the one you have been prepared for
the related term, showing the calender and the assignments are given. In the studio
courses, the theme of the design problem and the assignments of every class has to
be mentioned.
3- The questions asked in the midterm and answer sheet has to be put. For the courses
that have a special evaluation (like studio courses), the assessment criteria have to
be explained.
4- One of “best”, “average” and “bad” answers have to be put by writing the grades on
the answer sheets. For the courses like the studio, the drawings have to be scaled in
A4 format. If they are too big they have to be submitted in CDs, in plastic transparent
files by writing the grades on the CDs. The works of other students must be collected
in CDs and put in an A4 envelope.
5- The questions asked in the final and answer sheet has to be put. For the courses that
have a special evaluation, the assessment criteria have to be explained.

8- Attendance lists with wet signatures have to be put.
9- Final grades have to be printed after entering them to the system and has to be
submitted with signature.
