I. Introduction

A. Attention getter- Introduce myself and quick background check, consultant for
DJI, Years of work experience, how can I help you?

B. Specific purpose - I am very passionate about the business industry and how it
works. During my free time, I like to examine and understand different
organizations, specifically the type of customer service they provide, since I
believe that is one of the most important aspects an organization should look out
for.

C. Main points - Because of the importance and impact that customer service has,
and the amount of competition and great service provided nowadays by different
organizations, it is essential to be on top of the food chain providing impeccable
customer service for your clients.

D. Statement of the stake - For the past couple of weeks I have analyzed and
understood the way customer service is being provided in your organization, and I
feel I could help you improve it with just a few minor changes; that could
potentially have a massive impact for your organization.

E. Internal preview - In order to be able to provide this impeccable customer service


experience for your customers, your employees must be highly motivated and
must be in a friendly and safe working environment.

II. Body

III. Conclusion

A. Summary - Motivation and a safe and happily work environment Will improve
exponentially your customer service. It will easily do so by creating better
relations between your employees helping them work and think as a team. In the
making them feel safe while working has been proven to increase their
productivity.
