Textual Aids are written texts, prints, titles, graphs, or even pictures
used to provide a message. Usually, these words are bolded, highlighted,
italicized. Also, even graphic organizers, charts, diagrams, tables and maps
are examples of textual aids. They are used to easily express instant
messages and immediately build comprehension to a story, subject, or a
topic. It gives hint on what to focus on.

Let us study the examples below:

1. Diagram – May use to show comparison between two or more objects,

phenomena or groups of data.

2. Graph - A picture designed to express words, particularly the connection

between two or more quantities.

3. Concept Map- These are visual representations students create to connect

ideas, concepts, and terms. Students can use them to organize information
they already know and to incorporate new learning with this prior
knowledge. Concept maps help you see how students understand content.

overwhelming for all of us, but especially children and young people. With
school closures and cancelled events due to #COVID19, many are missing
out on some of the biggest moments of their young lives — as well as
everyday moments like chatting with friends and participating in class.
It’s on us to give them a hand. Talk about the hard things, offer support
and remind them it’s okay not be okay.
