Technical Query:

In additional for u-duct excavation, we would like to ask regarding the

measurement of structural excavation. Attachment on the next page is the
8 shop drawing of u-duct works, is the section "A" include in structural Shall be paid with common fill No.Annex
excavation? As we know for u-duct installation, we can't do the
perpendicular excavation. After that we should do the backfill ayer by
layer as per fill specification and it will be our payment for common fill
work?

1. WCH 1 Parking:
 Pak Erwin CMC informed that the WCH 1 area will All Parties Info
be constructed until Paving Block, which will be
constructed for 100% of WCH 1 area.
 Contractor informed that they are waiting for the ITDC; Info
paving block design, material specification, and PMC; CMC
instruction for the construction of 100% WCH 1
area.
 Contractor asked regarding the road and ITDC; 04/08/22 Open
roundabout beside the WCH 1 which is there as PMC; CMC
per master plan, and CMC and ITDC explained
that the road and roundabout will be blocked, and
they will be send an instruction letter regarding
this issue as soon as possible.
2. Looping Road:
 Contractor informed that for the fence between ITDC; OE; 06/08/22 Open
Looping Road and Provincial Road, they are still CMC
waiting the handover from Provincial Road
Contractor to the PPK of Provincial Road. To
solve this issue, Contractor suggest to conduct a
meeting between all parties of MUTIP 1 with
Provincial Road Contractor also the PPK of
Provincial Road.
3. Utility Duct C-I:
 Pak Erwin CMC asked to shift the utility duct All Parties Info
design in front of Pullman Hotel to across the road
because there is not enough space in front of
Pullman Hotel for utility duct type 1.
 Contractor informed that for current condition they Contractor Info
are still following the design of the utility duct lane,
and if the utility duct position should be shifted,
Contractor will send a RFI regarding this issue.
4. P4-P5:
 Contractor informed that the P4-P5 obstacle will All Parties Info
be solved on September 2022 as per Pak Pari
ITDC information which in accordance with the
PMC ESHS obstacle schedule.

5. Ngolang Water Supply:

6. Bukit 360:
 Contractor informed that they already receive the Contractor; Info
conceptual design of the Siwa development for ITDC
the exterior area and they already give it to the
designer for the DED, however they still don’t
receive any interior design from ITDC.
 Contractor informed that they are worried All Parties Info
regarding the Siwa development work which
overlapping with the Contractor’s progress toward
100% progress of Bukit 360 buildings in regards
to the auditor.
 OE explained that the cutoff of Bukit 360 buildings All Parties Info
on March 2022 on MotoGP event, it should be
considered as 100% progress, and whatever
changes or additional works after the cutoff on
March 2022, it should be considered as a
separate work, separate VO, and separate
payment.
7. Bukit 360 with Directors and MD of ITDC:
 The interior development design was presented ITDC Info
by Pak Nurhadi ITDC.
 OE explained that there are 4 major steps:
o Exterior conceptual design provided by Siwa ITDC; Siwa Close
team is done
o Conceptual design will become DED and it is Contractor On
on progress. Going
o Joint inspection between all parties related and All Parties Open
the Siwa team.
o Construction planning regarding the material Contractor Open
procurement.
 Pak Taufik ITDC asked Contractor to assign the Contractor Info
building specialist from the site team as well as
the engineering team, and Contractor informed
that they already assign Site Operation Manager
and GSP that specialist for the building work and
they will come within this week.
 Pak Bram ITDC remind all parties that the All Parties Info
development of Bukit 360 buildings is kind of 5
star hospitality works, so it should be have a
different treatment with the infrastructure project.
 Pak Erwin CMC suggest to the Directors of ITDC All Parties Info
to stop the Contractor’s work that will change
because of the development design from Siwa, so

change because of the development design from

 Pak Arie and Pak Bram ITDC agree with the ITDC 09/08/22 Open
suggestion from Pak Erwin CMC and asked Pak
Nurhadi ITDC to finalize the interior development
design of Bukit 360 buildings.
 Contractor asked to Pak Nurhadi ITDC to involve All Parties Info
them for the interior design development
discussion in order to make sure which part of
items in the Bukit 360 building that should be hold
and continue.
 Contractor asked the Siwa interior development ITDC Open
design from Pak Nurhadi ITDC so they can
immediately proceed the DED that will be done by
their planning consultant.
